AIInsightValue

Einstein 予測インサイトの値を表します。このオブジェクトは、API バージョン 47.0 以降で使用できます。

Einstein インサイトは、予測ビルダーなどの Einstein 機能で予測が実行されるたびに作成されます。インサイトは、ルートの AIRecordInsight および子オブジェクトの AIInsightAction、AIInsightFeedback、AIInsightReason、および AIInsightValue によって表されます。

AIInsightValue は、AIRecordInsight の一対多の子です。AIInsightValue は予測インサイトの予測値を表します。

使用方法

Einstein 機能が予測を行い、結果を保存すると、単一のアトミック操作で次のイベントが発生します。

AIRecordInsight レコードが作成され、予測インサイトに関する情報が入力されます。また、AIInsightAction、AIInsightReason、および AIInsightValue のレコードが作成され、AIRecordInsight レコードの子になります。
Einstein 機能で AI 予測項目が使用される場合、予測結果の値が対象の AI 予測項目に書き込まれます。
AIPredictionEvent プラットフォームイベントが作成され、AIPredictionEvent へのサブスクライバーに通知されます。

Einstein が AI 予測項目に予測結果を書き込むときには、Apex トリガ、ワークフロールール、割り当てルールなどのレコード保存のカスタムロジックは実行されません。Einstein 予測結果に基づくカスタムロジックを追加するには、プロセスビルダーなどのプラットフォームイベントサブスクライバーを使用して、Einstein インサイトオブジェクトへの参照を含む AIPredictionEvent の通知を取得します。

カスタム項目は Einstein インサイトオブジェクトに追加できません。

Einstein インサイトには、対象項目と予測値に関する情報が含まれます。組織で Einstein 予測が作成され、その Einstein 予測が項目レベルのセキュリティ制限がある対象項目に関連付けられている可能性があります。Einstein インサイトレコードへのユーザアクセスを制御する必要がある場合は、ユーザプロファイルや権限セットなどの Salesforce のデータアクセス機能を使用します。
