VoiceTelephonyProfileOvride

Represents profile-level telephony settings that override the default org-level configuration. This object is available in API version 68.0 and later.

To access this object, enable Agentforce Contact Center Admin (Salesforce Voice) permission set.

Field	Details
ProfileId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort Description Unique ID of the profile assignment to which the telephony configuration override applies. Each profile can have only one override assignment. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name Profile Refers To Profile
VoiceTelephonyDefinitionId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort Description ID of the voice telephony configuration associated with the override. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name VoiceTelephonyDefinition Relationship Type Master-detail Refers To VoiceTelephonyDefinition (the master object)
