ResourceCallOutAttempt

Each row represents an individual notification attempt made to a service resource for a call out. The object captures the channel used, the sequence in the contact order, attempt timestamps, response timestamps, and status. This object is available in API version 68.0 and later.

Supported Calls

Fields

AttemptSequenceNumber

  • Type: int
  • Properties: Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The ordinal position of resource call out attempt within the sequence of notification attempts made to the service resource for the call out.

CommunicationChannel

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the communication channel used to notify the service resource for the resource call out attempt.
  • Possible values:
    • Push Notification

Name

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
  • Description: The name of the resource call out attempt.

ResourceCallOutAssignmentId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
  • Description: The parent object associated with the record. This field is a relationship field.
  • Relationship Name: ResourceCallOutAssignment
  • Relationship Type: Master-detail
  • Refers To: ResourceCallOutAssignment (the master object)

ResourceCallOutDateTime

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date and time when the notification attempt was sent to the service resource.

ResponseDateTime

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date and time when the service resource response was received for the notification attempt.

Status

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the status of the resource call out attempt.
  • Default value: Queued
  • Possible values:
    • Accepted
    • Declined
    • Expired
    • Notified
    • Queued
    • Skipped
