jResourceCallOut
Each row represents a dispatcher-initiated resource call out session linked
to a work order or service appointment, used to mobilize service resources for emergencies,
outages, incidents, or pre-planned work. This object is available in API version 68.0
and later.

Description

- Description: The description of the resource call out.
DispatcherComment

- Description: The notes sent to technicians from the dispatcher.
Name
- Type: string
- Properties: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- Description: The name of the resource call out.
ServiceAppointmentId
- Type: reference
- Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- Description: The ID of the service appointment associated with the resource call out. This field is a relationship field.
