Turn Off Install Request Approvers

Turn off Install Request Approvers to stop sending new install requests to approvers.

To turn off Install Request Approvers:

  1. From Setup, go to Install Request Approvers.

  2. Turn off Install Request Approvers.

    The confirmation dialog title is Turn off Install Request Approvers?

  3. Click Turn Off to confirm.

Approvers no longer receive new requests. Salesforce preserves the approver list so that it’s available if you turn the feature on again.

When Install Request Approvers is off, Agentforce Builder users who can’t install an app don’t see the request form. For an app that isn’t installed, they see I’m Interested instead. For information about sending an install request, see Install and Update Agent Assets from AgentExchange.
