Remove Approvers

Remove users from the Install Request Approvers list when they no longer need to install AgentExchange apps on behalf of requesters.

To remove approvers:

From Setup, go to Install Request Approvers.
Select one or more approvers, and then click Remove selected approvers. Or, on a row, open the row actions menu and select Remove approver.
Confirm the removal.

Removed users stop receiving email and in-app notifications for new app install requests.

You can’t remove all the approvers while Install Request Approvers is on. Keep at least one approver on the list, or turn off the feature.
