Use the Salesforce Engagement SDK to send push notifications to your mobile app users. Send push notifications to reach your users with timely, personalized messages, even when they aren’t actively using your app.

Configure Push Notifications

Start by setting up push notification capabilities in your app. For iOS apps, see Push Notifications for iOS and Enable Push Notifications. For Android apps, see Push Notifications for Android. Before sending notifications to Android 13+ devices, Request Push Notification Permission from users.

Customize Notification Appearance
