Enable Shopper Agent to provide it in your storefront.

After you complete the setup of Shopper Agent, launch it by opening the chat panel in one of these locations.

The storefront header: click the Shopper Agent icon.
The Account Overview page: under the “Need Help?” section, click Ask a question.
