Grantmaking Data Model

The Grantmaking data model provides a set of objects and fields that you can use to store and manage information about grants you award.
In Spring '26 a new Grantmaking data model that uses Application Form objects was introduced. The pre-existing Grantmaking data model that uses Individual Application and related objects remains available. You can use either the Application Form object or the Individual Application object to track applications, however, Individual Application won't receive future platform enhancements.
These objects are unique to the Grantmaking Application Form data model: Applicant, Application Form, Application Form Evaluation, Application Form Evaluation Participant, Application Form Evaluation Section, Application Form Participant, Application Form Relation, Intake Form Section, and Intake Form Section Participant.
These objects are unique to the Grantmaking Individual Application Form data model: Individual Application, Individual Application Participant, Individual Application Task, Individual Application Task Participant, Application Record Type Configuration, and Application Review.
