Search External Storage (POST)

Search content stored in external storage providers, such as Amazon Bedrock or Kendra, through the Lambda middleware, and return matching documents with pagination.

Usage

Run a full-text search against an external storage provider and get back the documents that match, ranked by relevance. Each result includes an externalDocumentInfo2 S3 URI that maps to a Salesforce ContentVersion record, so clients can link matches back to Salesforce content. Use maxResults and the returned searchHandle to page through large result sets.

Response Status Codes

Status Code Description
200 The search completed successfully and results are returned.
400 The request failed validation or the search query is invalid.
403 The user doesn't have access to this resource.
