Standard MCP Servers Reference

Salesforce provides a set of standard MCP servers that expose built-in platform and product capabilities. These servers are pre-configured by Salesforce and provide a fixed set of tools. Standard servers are disabled by default and can be enabled by an administrator, but their tool sets cannot be modified.

All servers enforce per-user authentication and respect Salesforce’s standard security model: field-level security, object permissions, and sharing rules apply to every tool call.

SObject Servers 

• SObject All - Full CRUD operations (create, read, update, delete) plus query and search across all Salesforce objects
• SObject Reads - Read and query only, no mutations
• SObject Mutations - Create and update operations, no delete
• SObject Deletes - Delete operations only

Product-Specific Servers 

• Data 360 - Query unified customer data in Data 360
• Headless 360 (Beta) - Access the full breadth of Salesforce Setup and platform capabilities through tools like Discover, Describe, and Dispatch
• Tableau Next - Discover semantic models, query KPIs, and execute analytics
