Create a connection in Data Cloud Setup
Build data capture rules (or sitemap)
Create event definitions (also called a schema)
To capture engagement data, add a JavaScript beacon script (or CDN script) to your website or app code
Create a data stream

Frequency
Data 360 ingests data from the website and mobile apps depending on the data type. Engagement data is collected every 15 minutes while profile data is collected every hour.
Connector Status for the Mobile App and Website
If you’re an admin for Data 360, you can see the status of your connector app on the app details page. The status indicates the current state of the connector app.

Create a data stream to begin the flow of data from a website or mobile app. Data 360 ingests engagement data every 15 minutes and profile data every hour from the website and mobile apps.
Delete a Connector App
As an admin in Data 360, you can delete a mobile or a website connector app.
