Loading Data into Data 360

Check out some of the different ways that you can load data into Data 360 with APIs.

Ingestion API

Use Ingestion API to stream data or import bulk data to your Data 360 instance. You have multiple ways to import data.

Import data in bulk once or on a specified recurring schedule.
Import and update data in small batches.

For example, you can import data in bulk for the initial import of historical data. Then you can stream data incrementally in small batches.

You can connect to data source in Salesforce using the built-in Salesforce connectors or external connectors.

Amazon S3 Data Stream

Create an Amazon S3 data stream programmatically, and then use the REST UI API to send data from an Amazon S3 data source to Data 360.

Capturing Marketing Data from Websites and Mobile Apps

Load data from your websites and mobile apps using SDKs.

Salesforce Interactions SDK

Capture customer profile data, engagement data, and browsing activity on a website, and send the data to Data 360 or Interaction Studio. To enable the website to send data to Data 360, embed the Salesforce Interactions SDK in your website.
