Profile Unification
The GetContext API retrieves memories, conversation history, and profile data from real-time data graphs and returns a composed context payload to your agents. By default, GetContext retrieves from three out-of-the-box data graphs: Conversation, Individual, and User.
Additional real-time data graphs extend this baseline by including structured data from your data space in context assembly. This includes customer records, opportunity data, case histories, and any other data model objects relevant to your agents.
When you register an agent, Data 360 creates three real-time data graphs for your data space. These data graphs are shared across all agents in the data space and provide the baseline data for the GetContext API.
| Data Graph | Root Entity | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Conversation DG | Conversation | Conversation-centric access that retrieves all data related to a specific conversation. |
| Individual DG (or Unified Individual DG) | Individual or Unified Individual | Profile-centric access that retrieves all conversations and memories for a specific person. |
| User DG | User | User-centric access that is the same structure as the Individual data graph but scoped to internal users (employees). |
Create an additional real-time data graph when your agents need context from structured data that’s not included in the three out-of-the-box data graphs.
