FleetParticipant

Represents the relationship between a fleet and a participant, such as an account, a contact, or a user. This object is available in API version 59.0 and later.

EffectiveEndDate

  • Type: date
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date until when a participant is associated with a fleet.

EffectiveStartDate

  • Type: date
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date from when a participant is associated with a fleet.

FleetId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
  • Description: The fleet associated with the Fleet Participant record. This field is a relationship field.

LastReferencedDate

  • Description: The most recent date on which a user referenced this record.

LastViewedDate

  • Description: The most recent date on which a user viewed this record.

Name

  • Description: The autopopulated name of a Fleet Participant record.

ParticipantId

  • Description: The participant associated with a Fleet, such as an account, a user, or a contact. This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
  • Relationship Name: Participant
  • Relationship Type: Lookup
  • Refers To: Account, Contact, User

ParticipantRole

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: The role of a participant associated with a fleet. Possible values are: Driver, Maintenance Associate, Manager, or Operations Manager.

Status

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the status of the participant in relation to a fleet. Possible values are: Active, Inactive, or Resigned.
