End-of-Life
Salesforce is committed to
supporting each Salesforce Console Integration Toolkit version
for a minimum of three years from the date of its first release. To improve the quality and
performance of the Salesforce Console Integration Toolkit,
versions that are more than three years old may not be supported.
When a Salesforce Console Integration Toolkit version is scheduled to be unsupported, an advance end-of-life notice will be given at least one year before support for the version ends. Salesforce will directly notify customers using Salesforce Console Integration Toolkit versions scheduled for end of life.
