PayGradeStep

Represents a pay range within the pay band associated with a pay grade. Pay steps enable pay raises within the pay band. This object is available in API version 62.0 and later.

Where possible, we changed noninclusive terms to align with our company value of Equality. We maintained certain terms to avoid any effect on customer implementations.

EffectiveFromDate	Type date Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The date when the pay grade step is effective.
EffectiveToDate	Type date Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The date when the pay grade step is no longer effective.
HourlyBasicRate	Type currency Properties Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The hourly basic rate for the pay grade step.

LastReferencedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.
LastViewedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.
MaximumAnnualSalary	Type currency Properties Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The maximum annual salary for the pay grade step.
MinimumAnnualSalary	Type currency Properties Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The minimum annual salary for the pay grade step.

PayGradeId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort Description The ID of the pay grade associated with the pay grade step. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name PayGrade Relationship Type Master-detail Refers To PayGrade (the master object)
