Service Cloud Voice Authentication When Using InvokeSalesforceRestApiFunction

Most of the necessary configuration is set up automatically when you create a contact center from within Salesforce. However, if you want to use the InvokeSalesforceRestApiFunction Lambda function, you must set up OAuth manually.

To use the provided InvokeSalesforceRestApiFunction Lambda function, you must set up OAuth. This function is not required for simple use cases, but is required if you want to perform Salesforce REST API calls to create, update, or query records in any of your contact flows.
