Service Cloud Voice Lambda Functions for Amazon Connect

Salesforce provides you with a few Lambda functions that you can use in your contact flows, either by creating your own contact flows or by using some of the sample contact flows that Salesforce provides in GitHub.

Use the InvokeTelephonyIntegrationAPI Lambda function to create VoiceCall records. Use InvokeSalesforceRestApiFunction Lambda function to call the Salesforce REST API from a contact flow. You can create, update, and query records using this function.
