Loyalty Management Fields on Standard Objects

Loyalty Management adds standard fields to some standard Salesforce objects of other features to represent information specific to promotion.

• Loyalty Management Fields on Budget

  Standard fields extend the Budget object for use in Loyalty Management to represent promotion and campaign budgets. The Loyalty Management fields on Budget are available in API version 67.0 and later.

• Loyalty Management Fields on EngagementChannelType

  Standard fields extend the EngagementChannelType object for use in Loyalty Management to represent to information promotion eligibility criteria. The Loyalty Management Fields on EngagementChannelType are available in API version 60.0 and later.

• Loyalty Management Fields on InternalOrganizationUnit

  Standard fields extend the InternalOrganizationUnit object for use in Loyalty Management to represent to information about Global Promotion Management’s connection with a Marketing Cloud business unit. The Loyalty Management fields on InternalOrganizationUnit are available in API version 60.0 and later.
