MaterialityTopicReference
Represents a reference object with information about two related topics. This object is available in API version 62.0 and later.

- Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

- Description: The ID of the user who owns this record. This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

- Description: The topic that suggests a related topic of interest to users. This field is a relationship field.
